Adults with developmental disabilities, middle-income seniors and young professionals all face the same challenge in finding appropriate and affordable housing. Eschewing government funding, we are preparing a place where these three groups of people can come together in a mutually supportive cooperative with rents determined by ability to pay.
Lots of common space, a common kitchen, a sports court, open courtyard, and media studio all complement the studio, one and two bedroom apartments which all have full kitchens and state of the art technology. A 24/7 concierge staff will assist residents in establishing a vibrant community where everyone can become the best versions of themselves.
