St. Coletta of WI services includes residential, CBRF, AFH, Supported Living homes and apartments, vocational, day programs, transition programs, recreation, adult ed, transportation, and spiritual guidance and programs for individuals with developmental and other disabilities who qualify. Levels of Support include 1:4, 1:5, and 1:8. Payment Options: Private Payment, MCO funding, and DHS funding in the state of Illinois.
