Spectrum Courtyard Apartments

Foundation for Senior Living (FSL) is a registered 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to provide home and community-based services and develop energy-efficient, affordable housing to promote health, independence and dignity for all.   Spectrum Courtyard Apartments is a multigenerational FSL property for adults with autism and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities (A/I/DD) diagnosed before age 22 and income-qualified families with members of all ages. Located in midtown Phoenix with access to public transportation, Spectrum provides accessible facilities and field-validated supportive services designed to sustain the independence of senior and adult residents while promoting social integration and enrichment. In collaboration with FSL and First Place AZ, several First Place Transition Academy graduates call Spectrum home. The property was funded by a grant from the Arizona Dept. of Housing based on the success of 29 Palms, also located in Phoenix.
