Shupin Community

JFCS’ Shupin Community offers urban independent living coupled with comprehensive, personalized support so that adults with developmental disabilities can live full lives and age with dignity. We offer housing, support services, care managers, support staff, dating programs, and a vibrant social club. We have multiple, beautiful residences for neurodivergent adults at varying stages of independence. Gary's Place is a transitional program and first step out of a family's home; Gerson's Place is for individuals with minimal support needs; Ady's Place is shared housing for women at different stages of independence; and Shupin House is an apartment building for adults with experience living outside of their family's homes.
